Where it all started...
From small residential work to foundations for the largest grain bin in the world, Leiker Concrete has proven dependable knowledge and reliability year after year. Clayton started pouring concrete when he was 19 years old for his cousin's concrete business, before beginning his own company, Leiker Custom Concrete. Agricultural and industrial companies rely on us for the job to be done right, within the timeframe and on budget. We pour a variety of projects, including ethanol plant buildings, warehouses, grain bins and more. In 2023, Clayton expanded his concrete business by acquiring a 39-meter concrete pump truck, and began Leiker Concrete Pumping.

Owner/President since 2005
Clayton started out with residential and then moved on to large commercial and industrial projects. He leads the sales and estimating team and will continue to build lifelong client relationships through integrity and exemplary customer service. In his spare time, Clayton likes to golf, go boating at the lake, and spend time with friends & family.
Matt Leiker
Project Superintendent since 2006
Matt Leiker has expertise in concrete since 1992. Matt joined Leiker Concrete in 2006 being a huge asset in the company with his experience of concrete. He has helped build the company with overseeing large commercial and industrial projects. In his spare time he enjoys bible study, sightseeing and fishing.
