Matt Leiker and Clayton Leiker

Built on a Solid Foundation

Where it all started...

From small residential work to foundations for the largest grain bin in the world, Leiker Concrete has proven dependable knowledge and reliability year after year. Clayton started pouring concrete when he was 19 years old for his cousins concrete business. He also made good friends with Matt, one of the employees there, and now he has been working with him and has been his right hand man for 15 years. Agricultural and industrial companies rely on Leiker for the job to be done right, within the timeframe and on budget. We pour for ethanol plant buildings, warehouses, grain bins and more.

Clayton Leiker

Owner/President since 2005

Clayton started out with residential and then moved on to large commercial and industrial projects. He continues to lead the sales and estimating team and will continue to build lifelong client relationships through integrity and exemplary customer service. In his spare time Clayton likes to golf, boating at the lake, and spending time with friends & family.

Project Superintendent since 2006

Matt Leiker has expertise in concrete since 1992. Matt joined Leiker Concrete in 2006 being a huge asset in the company with his experience of concrete. He has helped build the company with overseeing large commercial and industrial projects. In his spare time he enjoys bible study, sightseeing and fishing.

Doug Morris

Project Superintendent since 2022

Doug, who began working in agricultural concrete in 2013, brings over a decade of concrete experience to our team. With his extensive knowledge in the industry, Doug oversees projects to ensure that we provide the highest quality product for our customers. When Doug is not on a job site, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as hunting and fishing.

Felipe has worked in the concrete industry for over 20 years. Since beginning with Leiker Custom Concrete in January of 2023, Felipe has brought hardwork and expertise to our team. Felipe enjoys kicking back and relaxing by spending time with his family and going fishing.
